I wonder about having more than 1 vault to segregate the information per department. What are the repercussions?

I'm not terribly knowledgeable on this as I've always had one vault. So from a management point of view I would be inclined to keep everything under the same vault.  However multiple Vaults allow you to set Unique Filenames per vault. Or it allows you to better arrange vaults geographically if you aren't able to use replication.

On the flip side, I can't think of a reason to not use multiple vaults.  There may be reasons that I'm unaware. I would put a ticket into support on this question.
