Helpdesk View Cases

I would like to be able to see cases(Open and Closed) submitted by anyone in our organization.

Currently we are 2 Admins that can submit helpdesk tickets but I can only see the cases submitted by me.

- If we are able to see cases created by Organization will help us:  eliminate duplicates, if current Admin leaves then the new one will be able to see history of the cases

    Hello Anna ,  I'm glad we were able to assist you yesterday in updating your permissions so you can now view all cases submitted by your organization , If any one else would like the same permission please contact the Synergis helpdesk and we will update you to a super user
